Senior ServiceNow Administrator Responsibilities
- Incident Management for SNOW (tickets assigned to ServiceNow tools technical team.)
- Service requests for SNOW (tickets assigned to ServiceNow tools technical team.)
- Minor Enhancements to the ServiceNow tool.
- User Administration and Service Catalog Item Development.
- Primary responsibility is the IT ServiceNow configuration, however, the HR and Facilities ServiceNow Instances will be supported as well.
- ITIL User Query Resolution.
- Reports and dashboard design.
- Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues and fixing source problems.
- Deploying enhancements/bug fixes in non-production and production instances.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in a multinational and/or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or other employees of the organization.
